Principal - Judith Silvester

A senior examiner of the International Dance Teachers Association (IDTA), having had the honour of serving as the organisations president in 1992/93. She holds the highest qualifications in all branches of theatre and ballroom dance, and coaches, lectures, adjudicates, examines, directs and choreographs all over the UK and abroad. She also serves on the board of directors for the IDTA.

Her training from childhood was with her mother Constance Grant, continuing onto The Bush Davies Theatre Collage London and then onto The Lihmiski School of Ballet Birmingham. On completion of her training, Judith performed as a dancer and singer in cabaret and professional theatre for fifteen years. In her early 20's, with her partner Paul Beeton, they held the title of British Dance Exibition Champions for 3 consecutive years. Judith's main interest is still in the school and she she is never happier than when she is surrounded by enthusiastic pupils.

Business Manager - Karen Siddall

Received her training from her mother Judith Silvester and the at the age of 16 gained a place at the Laine Theatre Arts College, Epsom on the musical theatre course. From there she gained a teaching post in Italy and continued onto a varied career as a professional dancer in Spain, Germany, Korea, Singapore, Malaysia, Austraila, Mexico and Portugal. After nine years of performing, Karen returned home in September 1993  joined the teaching staff, and quickly found her niche. She has since gained qualifications in all theatre subjects and RSA aerobics. She is also the schools administrator.

Karen is married to Dean Cotton and has two daughters, Mia Beth , Maddie Jo and a son Max Harry.

Principal Teacher - Tracey Southern

Received her training from her mother Judith Silvester and then at the age of 17 gained a place at Laine Theatre Arts College, Epsom on the musical theatre course. From there, Tracey danced professionaly in the U.K., Spain and the U.S.A. She returned home to teach in 1988. Since then she has gained fellowship examinations in all theatre branches and R.S.A. aerobics. In 1999 she was appointed an examiner of the I.D.T.A. and now examines in the U.K and overseas. Her range of teaching is from toddlers to adults and is dedicated to her work. Tracey is married to John Southern.
